They nourished their bodies with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, lentils and other unprocessed plant-based foods!
Instantly it became crystal clear to me how to heal your body from the inside out with nutrition not medicine, because I saw that the body is capable of healing itself when you eliminate foods that cause damage and eat foods that your body loves.
So, I immediately started eating unprocessed fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, lentils and other plant-based foods at home and looked for plant-based options at restaurants. But we didn’t stop there.
We then
switched out heavily processed snack foods to amazing healthy options.
After that, I completely integrated these incredibly healthy foods into my lifestyle.
