Samantha is a certified personal trainer, working closely with Dr. Peterson and Dr. Alex at Algone Sports and Regenerative Medicine.

Samantha has worked hard to develop a program that will meet the needs of all our patients. Samantha’s concern is not only body composition but working closely with patient and their medical providers to reach the best possible outcome for every individual.

Samantha is highly skilled and compassionate, making our patients feel comfortable with their lifestyle changes and ultimately find success in reaching their individual and personal goals.

After 10+ years as fitness coach, I love sharing the journey with people. I can tell you from experience that you have to ask yourself the hard questions but you don’t have to answer them alone. I can tell you from experience, that you can lose weight and not be in pain or starving.

You can be stronger and still carve out time for your family. Balance is a process but your soul is out there waiting for you to dig deeper.
